5 Things You Can do Today to Change Your Life

We all want positive change.

We all want to take our lives to the next level and reach those sometimes elusive goals we set for ourselves, but somehow they remain an impossible dream, a fleeting figment of our imagination drowned out by the constant demands of our daily lives.

Change can be scary and exciting.

It demands that we do things differently and we give up some of those familiar routines that only serve to keep us locked into the current Status Quo.

In order for change to be meaningful and sustainable it must be intentional.

 

Here are 5 things you can intentionally change today in order to help you lay the foundation for the positive change you want to manifest in your life:

  1. Be Specific. The Universe needs specifics. You need to define what you want and have clear goals. Make a list of the things you want to change.
  2. Incorporating 5 minutes of mindful meditation into your early morning routine will have massive impact in the way your day will unfold. It will help you stay focused, more productive and nicer to be around. Those 5 minutes might just be the best investment of your time you make all day.
  3. Take Action. Make sure you do at least one thing every day that will bring the change you want closer to fruition. It might be intentionally spending more time with your family, or not eating that potato chip, or growing that e-mail list.
  4. Be Kind to Yourself. Most of us don’t even realize how mean we can be to ourselves. Take a few moments to listen to how you speak to yourself. Sometimes we are our own worst bullies, constantly criticizing ourselves and not acknowledging all the good and wonderful things we do. Remember to celebrate and reward yourself for all the nice things you do every day. When you focus and acknowledge the good things more good things follow naturally.
  5. Be Consistent. For change to be meaningful and sustainable it has to become a habit. In order for a new pattern of behavior to become a habit and manifest the positive change you are looking for it has to become part of your intentional routine.

 

When you make these 5 small changes in your life positive change is inevitable.

Once you change your mindset and allow yourself to open up to the abundance and unlimited possibilities of the Universe you will change what you attract and can Consciously Co-Create what you want.
